His areas of expertise include General Corporate Laws, Mergers & Acquisitions, Banking & Finance, Contract Drafting, Corporate Due Diligence, and Regulatory Compliance.
 
With a strong academic foundation and practical experience, Udit has actively advised on corporate matters, drafted and reviewed commercial agreements, conducted legal due diligence, and assisted with merger transactions and regulatory compliance. He has worked on a wide range of commercial contracts, including Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Employment Agreements, and other corporate documentation, ensuring legal compliance and mitigating commercial risks.
