Principal Associate
Abhishek Gupta is a Principal Associate whose practice covers general corporate and commercial law, equity and debt transactions, start-up and angel funding, acquisitions, employment and labour law, and corporate disputes.
He advises on legal due diligence for investors and target companies, commercial contract drafting and negotiation, and corporate and employment-related compliance. His work spans infrastructure, technology, media, real estate, pharmaceuticals, education, logistics, healthcare, entertainment and retail.
Abhishek has also worked on corporate litigation and insolvency proceedings under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, including appearances before benches of the National Company Law Tribunal. He holds a B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) with a focus on business and international law and an LL.M. specialising in corporate and financial law.
