Rakesh Kaidala is a Senior Associate whose practice focuses on corporate disputes, insolvency and bankruptcy, and corporate and commercial law.
He previously worked for one year as a Law Research Associate at the National Company Law Tribunal, gaining experience in corporate insolvency resolution processes, liquidation, oppression and mismanagement proceedings under Section 241 of the Companies Act, 2013, and related corporate disputes.
Rakesh holds a B.A. LL.B. from Osmania University and an LL.M. in Corporate and Commercial Laws from NALSAR University of Law.
