Manisha is an Associate at Samisti Legal, working alongside the General Corporate team. She holds a BA LLB (Corporate Law Hons.) and LLM from National Law University, Ranchi. She supports the team in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, supporting due diligence reports, and addressing General Corporate matters.

She has been enrolled in the Delhi State Bar Council since 2023 and is particularly interested in the practice of General Corporate and Transactions.
