Rakesh Kaidala is a dedicated and driven legal professional with a strong academic foundation in corporate law. Holding a B.A.LL.B from Osmania University and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Corporate and commercial Laws from NALSAR University of Law, Rakesh Kaidala specializes in corporate and business law, with a particular focus on insolvency and bankruptcy regulations.

With experience as a Law Research Associate at the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) for one year, Rakesh Kaidala has developed expertise in the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), matters under Section 241 of the Companies Act, 2013 (Oppression and Mismanagement), liquidation proceedings, and other corporate dispute resolutions and has gained in-depth knowledge of corporate legal frameworks, judicial procedures, and the practical application of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC).
