Ms. Neha Kothari is the branch head of Delhi NCR of the Samisti Legal team. Boasting an extensive span of more than a decade encompassing post qualification engagement in the realm of Secretarial and Legal functions, specializing in paramount roles of Company Secretary and Lawyer across diverse industries.

Neha is based out at Gurugram and heads the Delhi NCR branch of Samisti Legal. She has a successful track record in handling various projects in legal advisory including matters related to BIS compliances, plastic waste management (EPR) laws, data privacy policies, legal metrology compliances and FEMA cases with the Enforcement Directorate, etc. Along with it, Neha has an extensive stint at Retail, healthcare and manufacturing companies wherein she was involved from scratch to end in formulating legal strategies, advising on legal decisions, reviewing contracts and all other legal inputs or commitments on behalf of the group.

Neha is a Masters of Law and is also a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She completed her graduation in commerce from Allahabad University and bachelors of law from Osmania University, Hyderabad.
