With a strong academic foundation and hands-on experience, Madhav has been actively involved in corporate legal advisory, compliance management, contract drafting, and legal research. He has conducted extensive due diligence for corporate transactions, real estate acquisitions, and regulatory compliance, ensuring risk mitigation and adherence to legal frameworks.
