Barbie Singh has more than seven years of experience handling Intellectual Property, Corporate Secretarial and Corporate Legal matters.
She has hands-on experience dealing with all the verticals of IPR such as trademark, copyright, designs etc. On the corporate secretarial and legal front, she has handled various assignments including secretarial audits, due-diligence, corporate compliance management, government registrations/approvals etc.
As part of her previous experiences, she has also worked with few reputed listed companies as Company Secretary.
Barbie is a member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), a Trademark Attorney and holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree.
