We are glad to inform that Samisti Legal, Advocates and Legal Advisors has been involved in a fundraise transaction.
Fintech platform SuperMoney raised $1m i.e. INR 7 crore from an early-stage investor Unitus Ventures and the start-up has planned to use the money for the purpose of strengthening its team across technology, business development and various back-end operations. SuperMoney has also planned to use the funds for expanding its operations.
SuperMoney which is Mumbai-based has around 3,00,000 customer registrations and has disbursed around 55,000 loans.
Mr. Prashant Jain, Partner along with Ms. Anita Dugar, Senior Associate of Samisti Legal has advised Fintech platform SuperMoney in this deal.
This deal was closed on 06th February, 2020.
