Update on PurePlay Skin Sciences Deal

We are pleased to have been recently involved in a deal closing transaction of PurePlay Skin Sciences.

PurePlay Skin Sciences, a company which sells beauty and skincare products under the brand “Plum”, raised Rs. 110 crores (around $15 million) in its Series B Funding Round. The investment was led by mid-market private equity firm Faering Capital, venture debt firm Trifecta Capital and existing investor Unilever Ventures also participated in this funding round.

We represented the promoter, while various other reputed law firms represented the investors. Samisti Team led by Prashant Jain, Partner and Anita Dugar, Principal Associate advised PurePlay in relation to this deal.
