We are pleased to have been recently involved in a deal closing transaction of NephroPlus. NephroPlus, a dialysis network company has acquired a majority stake in Royal Care Dialysis Centres Inc. (RCDC), a reputed dialysis network in Phillippines. NephroPlus, through this strategic partnership, has become the top Indian dialysis network to extend overseas, marking the company’s transition to becoming a Multinational Corporation.
Samisti was closely involved in this transaction which called for significant discussions between the parties and critical legal advisory considering a cross-border acquisition.
