Update on Nephrocare Health Services Private Limited Deal

We are pleased to report that Samisti Legal conducted vendor legal due diligence on the Company in relation to proposed investment into the company. Samisti Legal further acted as a joint counsel to the company and the promoter in relation to Series E Funding Round, in which IIFL acquired stake in Nephrocare through primary and secondary purchase of shares.

Samisti Team has been led by Mr. Prashant Jain, Partner along with Ms. Anita Dugar, Principal Associate, Mr. Abhishek Gupta, Senior Associate and Ms. Nisha Jhawar, Associate were involved in the transaction.
