We are glad to report that Samisti Legal, Advocates and Legal Advisors has been involved in Medlife acquisition of EClinic24/7.

Medlife International is a Bengaluru-based online pharmacy platform and through this acquisition, Medlife along with the provision of telephonic consultation, will also be able to provide chat and video based doctor consultation.

Mr. Prashant Jain, Partner along with Ms. Anita Dugar, Senior Associate of Samisti Legal has advised Medlife International Private Limited in this deal.
