We are glad to inform that Samisti Legal, Advocates and Legal Advisors has been involved in advising MedPlus Health Services Private Limited with respect to the acquisition of stake by  PremjiInvest, in MedPlus, a Hyderabad-based pharmacy chain.

Mr. Prashant Jain, Partner, of Samisti Legal has advised MedPlus Health Services Private Limited in this deal.

The deal is dated 10th January, 2019.
