Samisti Legal has represented as the Legal Diligence Counsel and Legal Counsel to the Promoter, as well as joint legal counsel for Nephrocare Health Services Private Limited in its financing deal of INR 860 crores from Quadria Capital The Team was led by our Managing Partner, Prashant Kumar Jain, Associate Partner, Anita Dugar, Principal Associate, Abhishek Gupta, Associate, Megha Sughandhi, Associate , Moulshri Srivastava and Associate, Monica Thakur.
