Samisti Legal has represented Agilemed Investments Private Limited, for its Medplus Promoter’s refinance deal of INR 350 crore from Modulus Alternatives. The team was led by our Managing Partner, Prashant Kumar Jain, Associate Partner, Anita Dugar and Associate, Arihant Jain.
