Samisti Legal serves as retained legal counsel to Cosmoserve Space and supported the company in connection with Mission Embrace, which was among the key payloads onboard Skyroot Aerospace’s Vikram-1 maiden orbital mission. The mission seeks to demonstrate soft robotic capture technology in orbit, supporting efforts towards addressing orbital debris and enabling safer, more sustainable space operations. The Samisti Legal team advising Cosmoserve Space is led by Principal Associate Abhishek Gupta, along with Associates Aditi Karn and Manisha Mishra, with guidance from Partner Prashant Jain.
