Samisti Legal acted as legal counsel to the promoters and as internal legal and secretarial counsel to Nephrocare Health Services Limited (operating as NephroPlus) in connection with the company’s initial public offering process, pursuant to receipt of regulatory approval. The firm advised on various aspects of the IPO journey, including corporate and transaction structuring, preparation and review of transaction documentation, regulatory and compliance-related matters, and coordination with intermediaries in connection with the proposed public issue.
The transaction was led by Mr. Prashant Kumar Jain, Managing Partner, with support from members of the firm’s corporate and capital markets team, who assisted on documentation, secretarial compliances, and execution-related aspects of the transaction.
