Samisti Legal acted as legal counsel to the founder selling shareholders of Yapan Bio in connection with Piramal Pharma’s acquisition of a majority stake in Yapan Bio. The transaction involved Piramal Pharma increasing its shareholding in Yapan Bio to 74%. The transaction was led by Partner Prashant Jain and Associate Partner Anita Baid.
