Samisti Legal acted as legal counsel to Balwaan Krishi in connection with an equity
investment by First Bridge, including conducting the Vendor Legal Due Diligence for the
transaction. The investment formed part of Balwaan Krishi’s Series B fundraise led by First
Bridge. The transaction was led by Founder and Managing Partner Prashant Jain and
Partner Anita Baid. The legal due diligence was led by Principal Associate Abhishek Gupta, while the corporate
secretarial diligence was led by Senior Associate Arihant Jain.
