Samisti Legal acted as legal counsel to Agilemed Investments Private Limited, the promoter of Medplus Health Services Limited, in connection with the execution of a Debenture Trust Deed for an INR 175 crore Non-Convertible Debenture (NCD) issuance undertaken as part of a refinancing transaction.

The transaction involved advising on the structuring, documentation, negotiation, and execution of the debenture trust and related financing arrangements. The transaction team was led by Mr. Prashant Kumar Jain, Partner, with support from Mr. Abhishek Gupta, Principal Associate, and CS Arihant Jain, Associate.
