Samisti Legal acted as legal counsel in connection with the promoters’ stake sale in Nephrocare Health Services Limited (operating as NephroPlus) ahead of the company’s proposed initial public offering. The transaction involved a pre-IPO secondary sale of equity shares to institutional and strategic investors. The firm advised on the structuring, documentation, and execution of the transaction. The transaction team was led by Mr. Prashant Kumar Jain, Partner, with support from Mr. Abhishek Gupta, Principal Associate, and CS Arihant Jain, Associate.
