Samisti Legal acted as legal counsel for Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited in its recent acquisition of 26% (twenty-six per cent) stake in Mobileware Technologies Private Limited for INR 15.60 Crores (Rupees Fifteen Crores and Sixty Lakhs only).
