Samisti Legal completed seven (7) years since its inception as a Law firm on 27th January, 2022 and we as its founding team take great pride in making this announcement. We have crossed another important milestone in the history of our firm and we take this occasion to thank each of you for being an earnest part of our journey.
The number seven has special significance in Hindu mythology and is considered a sacred number which bears within it something spiritual and eternal. With the completion of seven years, we would like to embark on our next phase of growth with even greater stride. The word ‘Samisti’ means the whole or the entirety so we pledge that our next journey of growth will not bring prosperity and growth to Samisti but we shall also take along all those who have been a part of our wonderful journey.
What began as a small firm with just a couple of us to provide quality Legal services has risen up to become a well recognised law firm in Hyderabad. Our exemplary work in Merger & Acquisition, Transaction Advisory and Legal contracting space has led to various achievements and accomplishments, especially from the last two years which proved to be exceptionally productive for our firm.
To look back, some of the values that we never compromised from day one was on the quality of our work and to engage in the best interest of our clients. We have also been extremely selective about the people we hire and so it goes without saying that we have achieved all the success due to the support and commitment of our excellent team.
Having rendered legal services to domestic and international clients across various sectors and various locations, it is pertinent to express our gratitude to the clients who trusted in us and gave us the opportunity. Their demands, challenges and feedbacks have pushed us to go ahead and improve vigorously. Our success story remains incomplete without their support. Our clients acknowledgement and appreciation helped spreading the word faster and in a better way than any of our promotional means could.  | Represented Medplus and its promoters as Legal Counsel in a Marquee transaction for Primary and secondary sale of equity along with debt refinance in the deal from Warburg Pincus and Premji Invest. Acted as the Legal Counsel for Promoters in relation to the recent IPO |
 | Acted as Legal Counsel to a HNI Investor for review of the transaction documents in relation to acquisition of minority stake in OLA (in its pre-IPO round for Multiple Investors), through primary infusion into the company. |
 | Acted as Legal Counsel to the company and the promoter in relation to review of transaction documents and also assisted in closing of the transaction. |
 | Assisted the acquirer in conducting Legal Due Diligence on the target company and shall also assist in drafting of Definitive Agreements and in closing of transaction. |
 | Acted as Legal Counsel to the company for setting up cross border joint venture in the Philippines. Conducted Vendor Legal Due Diligence on the Company and assisted in managing the LDD process of the prospective Investor from Company’s side |
 | Assisted the company and promoter in providing end to end transaction advisory including the drafting of Definitive Agreements and Assisting in closing of transaction |
 | Samisti acted as the Legal Counsel for the Company for issuance of NCD worth Rs. 350 crore and Listing on BSE |
 | Advised Apollo Micro Systems, which caters primarily to defence and aerospace sectors in acquiring majority stake in another company as a part of its expansion plans |
 | Advised Pureplay during its Series B funding round from Investors. |
 | Undertaken Investor side Due Diligence for the Series C funding raised by the company |
