Mukesh holds degree in Bachelors of Law from the University Law College, Bangalore University. He is enrolled with the Karnataka Bar Council since 2001 and he has been an active practitioner since then.

He carries extensive experience in conducting all kinds of litigation in High Court of Karnataka, Trial Courts, Tribunals, quasi-judicial authorities and arbitration panels and non-litigation matters including Real Estate and corporate transaction for his various clients and corporate entities.

He has vast experience in conducting various civil litigations including bare injunction suits, money recovery, partition, specific performance, partnership, family matters, trusts, insurance, motor vehicle claims, trademark & copyright, ejectment and eviction suits. He has also conducted arbitration suits and arbitration applications apart from matters arising out of the Indian and Hindu Succession Acts.

He has also appeared and conducted various high court matters and has experience in conducting writ petitions, company petitions, civil revision petitions, criminal revision petitions, quashing petitions, regular first appeals, miscellaneous first appeals, regular second appeals, miscellaneous second appeals and contempt of court matters.

He is also experienced in corporate side in providing services pertaining to drafting of shareholders agreements, non-compete and non-disclosure agreements, franchise agreement, distribution agreement, license agreement, service agreement, consignment agent agreement, and other such commercial agreements.

Mukesh also has substantial experience in the field of property laws and has been working on real estate transactions including providing title scrutiny reports/opinions, sale deeds, joint development agreements, real estate project finance, transactional advisory, conducting due diligence and advising on the sale and purchase of agricultural land for corporates and has represented several reputed corporate clients and builders.
